Printed to order, shipped worldwide
Each piece is printed just for you once you order, then shipped from our fulfilment partner's nearest facility. Orders usually arrive within about a week anywhere in the US, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Around holidays it can take a few days longer.
Free shipping on US orders over $75. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout.
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
International orders: we ship worldwide. Orders outside the US are printed at the Printful facility closest to you where possible and usually arrive within 5–20 business days after they ship, depending on the destination. Shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are charged by your country on delivery and are the customer's responsibility — we can't predict or prepay them (UK orders are the exception: duties are included). Free shipping over $75 applies to US orders only.

Exchanges, not refunds
Every Sunny Customs piece is printed to order — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. That's why we don't offer refunds, but we're happy to exchange.
Wrong size or changed your mind? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll
exchange it for another size or another design of the same price. The item needs to be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Return shipping for an exchange is covered by the customer; we cover the shipping of the replacement.
Something wrong with your order? If a piece arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it at no cost to you — no need to send anything back.
