Orders

Every piece is printed to order. Once an order is placed it goes into production quickly, so we can't guarantee changes or cancellations after checkout. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

Shipping, exchanges and refunds

Delivery times are described in our shipping policy. We don't offer refunds, but we're happy to exchange — see our refund policy for how that works.

Our designs

All artwork, designs, names and content on this site belong to Sunny Customs and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Accuracy

We do our best to show products accurately, but garment colours can vary slightly between screens and between print runs.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunny Customs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
